Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer with hands-on experience in Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement robust web-based and integrated business applications using the Microsoft stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core/Framework).
• Design, build, and manage external-facing websites using Power Pages.
• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and custom integrations.
• Develop data integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Pages, and external systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, unit tests, and deployment procedures.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, unit testing, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues across applications and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
• Experience in building solutions using Power Pages / Power Apps Portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE): customization, configuration, workflows, plugin development.
• Solid understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform architecture.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and other web service technologies.
• Experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Key Vaults, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or .NET technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems like SharePoint, Teams, or Azure Active Directory.

JD for AEM UI Developer

- 3 to 6 years of experience in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+).

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or higher).

- Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Templates, Components, ClientLibs, and Dialogs.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON integration.

- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- should be able to develop and implement responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components within AEM.

- Customize and extend AEM’s core components to meet business requirements.

- Integrate front-end code with AEM templates, dialogs, and workflows.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.

- Optimize performance of AEM pages and components for speed and scalability.

- Work closely with back-end developers, QA, and content authors to ensure smooth delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues in AEM environments.
