Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 (M365) Engineer on a contract basis to support identity and messaging initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in M365 services, large-scale migration projects, and identity management solutions. This is a key technical role for ensuring seamless integration, migration, and management across multiple platforms while adhering to best practices for security and automation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online/on-prem, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) across different tenants.
- Lead tenant-to-tenant migration projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery within specified timelines.
- Develop, write, and execute PowerShell scripts to automate migration tasks, including data extraction and user mapping.
- Utilize migration tools such as Microsoft's built-in solutions, BitTitan, ShareGate, Quest on Demand Migration, and other third-party platforms for effective data transfer and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during migration processes to ensure operational continuity.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra Connect and ensure seamless synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange environments, including MFA, Least Privilege, and Just-in-Time Administration implementations.
- Collaborate on User/Identity lifecycle management, including processes for joiners, movers, and leavers via Sailpoint/IdentityNow.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
· Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in M365 engineering, tenant migrations, and identity management.
· Experience driving continuous process improvement based on industry standards and business goals.
· Ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
· Ability to collaborate across teams to develop, document, and improve processes.
· Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language).
· Strong conceptual and analytical skills, which demonstrate unique problem-solving approaches.

Role Summary
The ServiceNow CSM Architect is a critical role responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. The Architect will leverage deep expertise in the CSM module and a solid understanding of enterprise customer service processes to deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and end-to-end design of ServiceNow CSM solutions including Case Management, Playbooks, Virtual Agent, Advanced Work Assignment, Communities, Knowledge Management, and Field Service Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define and maintain the CSM roadmap and architecture strategy based on business needs and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
