- Bachelor degree in Software, Computer, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field. 

- 10+ years of overall experience in the Embedded domain, including 7+ years of hands-on embedded development involving hardware-software integration, firmware, and real-time systems, along with 3+ years of technical leadership experience in an Agile environment.

- Skilled in C/C++, embedded architectures, design patterns, and best practices. 

- Experience with RTOS (ThreadX, FreeRTOS, Zephyr). 

- Knowledge of BLE, BACnet, Wi-Fi, Thread, and control systems. 

- Exposure to IoT, Mobile, and cloud-based projects. 

- Skilled in creating design documents and architecture diagrams. 

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional/global teams.

Job Details :

Shape AI-first transformation pitches, drive industry-backed GTM, and manage SME teams across sub-domains. Align solutions and capabilities with the AOP.

Domain Strategy & Thought Leadership

• Cover PMS, GMS, loyalty, guest ops, and property systems – at least of 2 areas should have deeper experience
• Create PoVs and GTM narratives tied to modernization and guest experience
• Identify white spaces in sub-domains and build capabilities toward AOP
•  

Presales & Deal Leadership

• Lead RFPs, proposals, workshops, estimations, and client pitches
• Tailor SME participation by sub-vertical (hotels, OTAs, airlines, etc.)

AI-Led Solutioning

• Drive GenAI use cases: guest personalization, concierge bots, rev ops prediction
• Build experience-led AI narratives combining delight, revenue, and cost optimization
• Translate ideas into usable assets with engineering and AI teams

Team & SME Management

• Mentor Solution Architects and BAs supporting T&H pursuits
• Maintain domain-to-SME mapping for coverage and reuse
• Drive AOP-linked enablement through skill alignment

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

• Partner on pursuit messaging, pitch decks, and client targeting
• Build campaign content and represent vertical externally when needed
• Track success metrics: win rate, IP reuse, coverage effectiveness

Skills & Experience

• 20+ yrs in IT, 5+ in T&H domain
• Strong exposure to PMS, GMS, guest systems, CRM, loyalty, and booking flows
• Experience in AI/GenAI-led transformation use case design
• Excellent client communication, solutioning, and executive engagement

Good to Have

• Exposure to cloud, GenAI tooling, data platforms
• Experience with OTAs, airline or cruise platforms
• Certifications in hospitality or digital transformation consulting
