Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Pardot Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in marketing automation, campaign execution, IP warming, Email development, SMS Magic Integration expertise. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Pardot and Salesforce CRM to build, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Pardot
• Manage Pardot assets: emails, landing pages, forms, segmentation lists, drip programs, etc.
• IP warming expertise - IP warming strategy, execution, data segmentation
• SMS Magic Integration - Integrate SMS Magic with salesforce crn and run campaigns
• Salesforce Flows expertise - Ability to setup flows using salesforce crm for any complex use cases 
• Align Pardot campaigns with Salesforce CRM for end-to-end lead tracking and scoring
• Create lead nurturing workflows, lead scoring models, and progressive profiling strategies
• Set up and manage automation rules, completion actions, and engagement programs
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, conversion metrics, and ROI
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize the lead-to-revenue process
• Ensure data integrity and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) across platforms
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams on Pardot best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce CRM
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing automation strategies and campaign management
• Experience in HTML/CSS for email template customization
• Hands-on expertise with Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, and Dynamic Content
• Configure SMS Magic integration with Pardot and Salesforce Sales Cloud using AppExchange connectors/API
• Set up real-time SMS triggers for Pardot automations
• Map SMS data fields (e.g., opt-ins, responses, click-throughs) for bidirectional sync between Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring real-time or batch updates as needed.
• Build custom dashboards in Salesforce/Pardot for SMS metrics (delivery rates, opt-outs, open rates, click-throughs) using standard reporting tools.
• Email Development and Campaign Support 
• Support the client’s internal team in testing and optimizing migrated SFMC email templates in Pardot for newsletters, promotional blasts, drip campaigns, triggered emails, and reminders.
• Implement minor dynamic content and personalization (e.g., first name, property interest) for email campaigns, with TBD variations per email type.
• Integrate Pardot forms or tracking into WordPress-based landing pages for lead capture, call scheduling, and content engagement, ensuring seamless data flow to Salesforce.
• Develop a custom unsubscribe and preferences page in Pardot with branded design and partial opt-out options
• IP Warming expertise with hands on experience in leading IP warming, segmentation
• Proficient in reporting tools: Pardot Reports, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
• Familiarity with API integration, lead routing, and third-party connectors is a plus
• Pardot or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Pardot Specialist or Consultant) highly desirable

Compliance and Risk Management Reporting Stakeholder Management B.Sc (IT/CS) / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC 11-15 years of experience in Application Security, Network Security, and IT Risk & Compliance, with hands-on expertise in security assessments, process audits, and application reviews. Experience in BFSI is preferred.

We are looking for a Data Operations Engineer to support the operational health of reporting products under our RaaS (Reporting-as-a-Service) suite, including Tune-In and Local. This role is hands-on, focused on troubleshooting, investigating data issues, and maintaining pipeline health across systems like UI Bakery, Astronomer, and Sigma. You’ll help manage bug triage, validate report configurations, and serve as the first line of defense when data issues impact client reporting.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

• Validate or debug configuration payloads sent from UI Bakery to task orchestration flow (DAGs).
• Troubleshoot DAG execution issues across development, stage, and production environments.
• Contribute to knowledge documentation and updates that capture recurring fixes, runbooks, and best practices.
• Assist during designated on-call periods (as needed on weekends) to manage inbound TV schedules from partners.
