The Role

The Salesforce Developer will have the capability to communicate effectively with cross discipline teams

including both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver the best possible solutions. Applicants will

be able to design and engineer Salesforce solutions based on business requirements using code that meets

coding standard and is fully tested. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a passion for technology and

the ability to work in a fast paced environment, usually working on multiple projects at the same time.

Key responsibilities

▪ Keep your knowledge up to date in a fast moving and evolving IT and Digital function

▪ Analyse and troubleshoot live issues when required

Technical Skills

▪ 4+ years experience of Salesforce

▪ Atleast App Builder certified (Dev I is preferable)

▪ Knowledge of Lightning Components

▪ Experience of Visualforce and Apex

▪ Can configure Salesforce using the declarative model (Custom Object, Fields, Validation Rules,

Workflow, Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes)

▪ Experience with Web Service integration using SOAP and REST

▪ Experience with the Force.com Data Loader

▪ Understanding of Salesforce deployments particularly using Force.com migration tool and Ant

▪ Working knowledge of source control and particularly GIT

▪ Understanding of Salesforce design patterns and best practice

▪ Experience taking requirements and developing design to deliver themNon-Technical Skills

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation; familiarity with Ansible and Git.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms (Vertex AI, Sagemaker, Bedrock, CoPilot) and AI/ML workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic systems and emerging AI protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A).

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, AWS and CICD, and secondary skills in Terraform or Python, to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines for our cloud-based applications and services on the AWS platform. Your deep knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS services will be instrumental in automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud environments.

Technical Responsibilities -

• Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS for deploying and managing containerized applications, implementing best practices for cluster management, including scaling, upgrades, and security.

• Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistency across development, testing, and production environments, developing and maintaining Dockerfiles and Docker Compose configurations for multi-container applications.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources.

• Implement best practices for modularization, reusability, and version control of Terraform configurations.

• Architect scalable, cost-effective, and resilient AWS infrastructure solutions to support our applications and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience of working as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS cloud platform.

• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and secondary skills in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.

• Certification on Terraform / AWS certified is a plus.
